  • Assess your brain’s default pattern and how it determines your response to trauma

  • Discover why therapy is only part of the answer to recovery and how sexual trauma coaching helps you take control of your triggers more aggressively

  • How community and other women’s stories can help you get over the “No one understands me” trap so you can start feeling empowered to heal

  • Learn a powerful way to release trauma and let go of it’s hold over your thoughts

Ann Payton is a Trauma Coach, Author, and Speaker helping women overcome the adversity that comes with sexual trauma.  Ann experienced trauma as a young girl and understands the impact when you don't deal with what's happened to you. For many years, Ann has helped female victims who felt like they had nowhere to turn because they were covered in shame and isolation. She understands the vulnerability when a woman has gone through these experiences and creates a safe space for them to tell their story and learn to heal.  Her latest book, Solutions Over Sides, helps provide a roadmap for women to lessen the impacts of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
